Solar Water Pump

Specially designed solar water pump to get large water flow up to 20,000 Liters/h with a 6” outlet from deep wells, rivers, lakes, and ponds. Solar pumping system is composed of solar array, high-efficiency PV pump (Direct Current Pump), and controller. This solar water pump has the following features, which bifurcate it from conventional solar water pumps.

PISTON PUMP STRUCTURE DESIGN: Adopting the three-plunger-style design, apply the piston pump’s principle to the design of the submersible pump.

ROD BEARING: Crossing Shaft Joint Structure of connecting rod bearing crossing shaft joint structure transforms the traditional swing rod into a linear motion link. This technical application removes the stress from the small head of the link to the piston lateral and then forms a light viscosity water film.

WATER FILM LUBRICATION: A new design of water film lubrication can greatly increase the working efficiency by decreasing piston friction. Therefore, no oil is needed, less maintenance, and lower cost

FILTRATION STRUCTURE: Our piston pump applies new type of three-layer sand filtration structure.

SPECIALIZED CONTROLLER: The controller adopts DC current inverter software control technical, gently start, smaller current. The optimal controller algorithm’s application improves the equipment efficiency by 10% to 15% higher. The system can auto-control flow rate and lift under different solar radiation conditions.
